Hi, I'm Meela Ribeiro, and I like to create bridges between technology and people.

About me

Hi! I'm Camila Ribeiro, a UX and Graphic Designer graduated on UFPR (Federal University of ParanĂ¡, Brazil) and a User Centered Design specialist (post-degree by Universidade Positivo). I've been working with graphic design since 2010 and focused on UX and web design since 2011.
I like the researching area, because it's cool to understand the real user needs, and how and why each person thinks in his own way. With that information, I can think on ways to help everyone to live a better and easier life.
My interests on comprehending the human behaviour goes beyond design, and to help me with that, I learned Neuro-linguistic programming.
If you want to work together, make a partnership, chat, talk, or whatever, please, contact me! :)

How I work

1

Discovery
Project Requirements

At this stage an initial inverview is conducted with the Product Owner. Project requirements are analyzed and scope is defined. At this stage a great envolvment of the PO is required to get an exact idea of the project.

2

UX Design
Building the experience

This phase is further divided into to steps, 1st one is to create initial mockups and wireframes and present it to client for initial approval of the system's architecture, content and guidelines. The 2nd step involves building prototypes and testing them with real users to validate the project's concept.

3

UI Design
Giving Life to Ideas

At this step the Design Standards are defined and applied to project. Colors, fonts, general style definitions are made, in order to present a unique experience to users, with an "invisible" and beautiful and pleasant interface.entire project is devided into several modules and handed over to development team. This step envolves a repeated process of coding and initial testing of modules and finally all modules are integrated.

4

Quality Assurance
Development Monitoring

The project is handed over to develop team. While the team develops the front and backend, constant reviews are made in order to assure the design approved and the usability expected. Quality assurance is the most important step in development process: comparison with original design, optimize images, proof read all content, test menu, links & forms, and cross browser compatibility.
